I’m new to spin – what are classes like?
Spinning is a fast pace, high intensity workout geared towards all levels of riders. Picture lights out, loud music, amazing moves and the best instructors (link to team page), what could be better?
How do I sign up for class?
Click here and create your Mind Body account. Once registered you are able to sign up for your first class and as many classes as you want after!
Do I have to join?
There is no joining fee. We offer 10 or 20 class packs or pay-per-class! Don’t forget your first class is $10! Learn more here. (link to pricing)
Is there a penalty for canceling?
If you cancel six hours before your class, there is no penalty! If you cancel after that time period you will lose the class, if you are a monthly unlimited member you will be charged a late cancelation fee of $10.
How early should I get to class?
If you are new to spin we suggest you getting to the studio 15-30 minutes ahead of class. This way you can take a tour the studio, meet your instructor (link to team page) and the instructor can fit the bike to you.
What happens when I get to the studio?
When you get to the studio make sure you check-in with the front desk.
What happens if I am running late to class?
We understand, things happen. If you’re running late be sure to call the studio and we will hold your bike. If you do not call the studio your bike will be released for another rider when class starts. If you are more than 10 minutes late you will not be permitted to class.
What should I bring?
Bring socks, water, a hair elastic, head band (if needed) and a killer attitude. The best rides are when you leave your day at the door.
What should I wear?
We suggest light weight, comfortable clothing! You will be moving on and around the bike including tap backs, push-ups and crunches so wear clothing you know you will be comfortable in.
Do I need special shoes?
Just socks! If you have spin shoes you can ask a Rev’d team member to make sure the clips are compatible with our bikes. We also offer shoes to rent for $2!
What is a drop-in?
A drop-in is where you don’t sign up for the class online (i.e. a bike is not reserved for you), but come to the studio to ride. If the class is not full we accept $15, cash (link to pricing), to ride!
I’m just starting my fitness journey – is that okay?
Absolutely! Our instructors design classes for all fitness levels, the best thing about spin is that it is for everyone!
